Shortage of staff ..

I went to Siyabuswa mall and the experience there sucks!!!! They do not have enough cashiers only a lot of controllers !!! I approached the manager there and he called Ntombi/ Maria to sort out the queue but still nothing has happened. Honestly management must sort out their staff by planning correctly.
