Shopwrong Sunnyside!!!!

I bought a 2 plate stove for my tenants at my flat in Sunnyside two months back whilst i was waiting for my rental agency to replace the big stove which wasnt working properly,they used it for a week and the big stove was replaced so i took it to my house,i used it as a spare stove sparingly for one month and last week when my wife switched it on one of the plates was nolonger hot it was ice cold,i took it to Shopwrong Sunnyside since i managed to recover the receipt i was then summararily informed by one Gregory Mosupye that my stove couldnt be repaired or replaced because i didnt have the box!!What some nonsense!!!why wasnt i informed that my warranty was void if i didnt keep the box!!had i been informed about that i would have definately kept it in a safe place,who keeps appliances boxes!!??So now i am stuck with a dead 2months old appliance still on warranty with the receipt because of a flipping box,thanks Shopwrong your service and return policy is not Rite!!!!!!!
