Shopwrong or shoprite

Bad service at the retreat outlet. Bought good there for the amount of R3000.00 misplaced my invoice and bought the wrong size Pampers wanted to return for a bigger size and pay the difference but it was the biggest mistake I made. Out of R3000 a R200 item that I don't need money back on just a bigger size became a huge problem for them. A company that profits millions a day but has no remorse for customers and their needs.

You guys failed me and you are failing your customers including the branch manager I will post on every group what you guys are doing to me. I left the goods there and I want an answer why you can't exchange without a slip and I have proof of purchase from my banking app.
