SHOPRRITE DON'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTS

My name is Enock Sono yesterday I went to Shoprite Malvern to buy some groceries. I spent R300 When I reached home in the evening I wanted to make supper using 2 Albany superior bread that I bought from Shoprite Malvern. I made myself and my kids and wife sandwiches when we ate we tasted washing powder on the Albany superior quality bread that we bought fro Shoprite Malvern. This morning on the 31st of October 2021 I went to Shoprite Malvern to return or complain about the bread. She I arrived to Shoprite Malvern I asked to speak to the Manager of Shoprite Malvern She came name is Thandeka Mnguni she her number is *** she refused to exchange or refund me for the bread. She said is nt her fault or Shoprite problem and doesn't care. I must take the bread to Albany. What a Manageress please somebody help me frustrated.
