SHOPRITESEND THE SYSTEM IS BAD

i was trying to send money to drc using the service they provide via shoprite money send. i submitted everything online and then i was later told my transaction has been cancelled but money was deducted from my account. i then went to the store i was told refund process will take 3-7 working days, that was last week thursday. on monday the following week i send whatsapp requesting an update i was told i need to wait. today i send whatsapp again for update the story changed i am now told to wait 7-14 days. this is not fair because the money was debited same day but now that i want my money back i can get clear answer, shoprite has a lot of money i dont have and i can not for these days its too long. please i want my money back asap.
