Shoprite's customer service is unacceptable

Shoprite's customer service is unacceptable. My Money Market account was suspended three months ago with a balance of R6,540. I’ve reached out multiple times and was repeatedly promised a reversal, but nothing has been done. Holding customer funds for three months without resolution shows a total lack of care
