Shoprite's Appalling customer service

The services at Shoprite (Sesifikile Shopping center) is appalling! Last week Sunday, I went to buy the special they had for Easter including the Rice; Maize; Flour and cooking oil combo. Only to find they had run out of flour. I then asked to buy the rest of the combo and return with the slip when they have the flour. I was told that, that is not possible. I had to write on on some receipt so they could call me when they had the full package. I don't understand why they could not do that for the flour?! Whilst unpacking the groceries my son spotted a bicycle and we asked one of the workers to assist us with the price seeing that it didn't have one. He said he will come back with it, we unpacked and paid and still there was no sign of him. We had to ask for assistance at the customer service, they could not locate him. We kept asking for the price of the bike and for some reason they couldn't provide it. It took them 45 minutes to assist with the bike and get us the manager, because when we asked for the manager they wouldn't tell us who it is or call them.. We then asked for the head office number and they didn't seem bothered by any of this, despite the fact that all eyes were on us. I am still waiting to be contacted for my combo and it is now over a week!! I'm so displeased and utterly appalled!! The employee's at Shoprite Sesifikile Shopping Centre are truly ***********
