Shoprite/Checkers MMA **** and and ******* customer service

I bought a Moment market voucher from PayJustnow in 13 January2026. The voucher to date in not on my Money market account. Ive tried going instore to my nearest Shoprite where we took pictures and tried calling Head office. I was advised that they would call me back, That never happened. After weeks I tried emailing Customer service and was told a ticket was opened. I was asked to take pictures again and email them back, which I did and again almost 3 weeks later no response or solution. I'm due for my late PayJustNow instalment for a voucher that I haven't event used!
