ShopRite Zola not wanting to help with card or cashsend withdrawals

I would like to complain about ZOLA shoprite cashier's for always refusing to help people with draw capitec cash send from the tills this has happened to me so many times that I even lost count they just become rude others would tell you they don't have money whiles you can see shoprite is busy people are buying and on top of that one of the consultants once told me they need an I'd otherwise they won't give me the money .. may you please reprimand this negative behavior from Zola shoprite
