Shoprite Zawadi reap off

Zawadi is an App that claims to reward users with Shoprite vouchers by watching adverts. They work hand in hand but when you accumulate points and supposed to withdraw they say Shoprite is not allowing payments to go through. They've been reaping off users for 6 months now. Can Shoprite respond as to why they are reaping us from Zawadi App (Financial Inclusion Africa Limited company)
