Shoprite Yarona Gail

I went to Shoprite Yarona in Ebony. Bought Thirst Sparkling water. Proceeded to their liquor outlet. I only had that Thirst Sparkling water with me. Security guard was busy chatting up the cashier (Gail) so I went in with the water...mind you they only sell Thirst Sparkling water in their Shoprite store and not Liquor outlet. How do I know this...because I am a regular there. At least I was. Shop was empty, it being a Monday and all. Took a bottle of Gin and went to pay. Security started asking me why I brought in a container in their shop. Told him he was too busy to check me and in any case the container is sealed and it’s a brand their do not sell in their liquor outlet. I was asked to go put back the bottle of gin and go out and start the process all over again coz I’m bringing in staff that should not be in the shop. The cashier (Gail) that was suppose to ring the item I was buying refused to ring it. Said I should listen to the security guard and put back bottle. She helped 2 customers before me. She only helped me after I took out my phone and pretended to take a picture of her. It’s a great thing there’s now a Pick n Pay near by because after such treatment, I am definitely not frequenting that shop because I know nothing will happen to that lady even after I went and complained at Shoprite store. The lady i spoke to was really nice but I could tell she wasn’t going to act. She never once asked for the name of the employee involved. Just apologised and that was that
