Shoprite Yarona Centre is Not Safe. Shoprite hired ****s for security

Shoprite at Kaarfontein in Ebony Park at Yarona shopping center.

We were harrased by security at the center while trying to enter Shoprite and buy monthly groceries. We call management and Shephen the manager assured us that ge is coming out to hear the matter. While waiting for him, the angry if not drugged guard took pictures of us and started calling some people. All this unprovoked.

After 10 minutes the manager says he asked security about any issues or customer complaints to which he was told no and left the matter without even looking at us or for us at the gate. When I called to enquire if he is coming , he says he did and the security says there's no incident.

There is CCTV footage on the whole incident of unprovoked assault by security. We had to run carry groceries of meat to evade full assault.

Yet Shoprite is unbothered that customers are prevented from shopping by unprofessional security.

We had to travel in the same evening to Pick nPay Busy Corner.

Shoprite does not care about customers.
