Shoprite worst service!

I just came from Shoprite Site C. I was served by Sindeka, she was rude and not helpful. I asked for cash back, she had me waiting for 20-30 minutes. No communication whatsoever, I was waiting blindly, had to give up! Ohh and the supervisor was not helpful either
