Shoprite worst customer service ever

Wow two separate shoprites stores just gave me a horrible service within the space of an hour. Shoprite liquor at Carlton centre and Shoprite liquor near the high court. Wow at the high court the teller completely ignored me as her colleague was dancing and she was rating his dancing skills. At Carlton centre the lady was busy with one customer for 10 minutes or more the couple in front of me even decided to leave without buying. I gave the lady a what's going on look. And she Dave me a dirty look and and a look down. Shoprite do you train your tellers to offer a decent customer service? This happened between 11 and 12 on 2025 05 30
