Disappointed with Customer Service at Shoprite Store

I recently visited the Shoprite store and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with the level of customer service provided. My experience at the deli was particularly disheartening. The ladies working there seemed to lack basic customer service skills and treated black customers, myself included, with contempt. What was even more disconcerting was the apparent preferential treatment given to white customers. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age, and it definitely marred my overall shopping experience at Shoprite.
