Shoprite win a car

Was sent an email that I won a car in the competition they having, I sent all my details then later the lady I was talking to told me I'm not the winner, Gmail did an arror, they are still not willing to own up to their email, I'm now in depression as I was over exited now I'm told the car is not mine, I've already made arrangements for my car celebration.
