ShopRite Whiteriver Poor cold chain management

On Saturday morning I did our weekend shopping which included 6 one liter Douglasdale Pasteurised and Homegenised sachets of milk from ShopRite Whiteriver. On Sunday I opened the first sachet only to find it is off, needless to say all the rest was also off. We stay on a farm and do not have the luxury to drive to town willy nilly. Im also not in the habit of keeping my grocery till slip just in case the retailer can't keep their cold chain going. I do not want a refund or anything but do know that I will tell everybody and anyone that want to listen about Shoprite's poor cold chain management.
