Shoprite Welkom cashiers are rude, insensitive, entitled

I went to Shoprite Welkom on 04/07/22. I was standing in the line at till number 21. I was third in line to be assisted. When one of the staff members blocked to cue doing a balance enquiry on her card. I than asked the cashier why is she assisting staff members who was not in the cue while we were standing there for so long. At the time, there was the cashier by the name of Tossie Lelumo, the packer and two other staff members, who I later learn was the replacement and I think supervisor. Tossie assisted the two other clients before me. When I got to the front, she stood up, opened her till and started to take the money out. I than asked her what is going on is she closing the till, she did not respond to me. I asked her again why are you closing the till what is going on? She started laughing and continue to talk to her other colleagues in south sotho. I than said to her are you going to gossip in front of me while I asked you a question? She just looked at me said something to her colleague and than she left. The colleague now also rude started to pack her money in the till. I asked her why did they not explain to me what was happening. I only have 3 items of less than R100 why didn't they help me. She responded in sotho "I don't know, ask that lady" only when I said to the other lady I want to see your manager(by than she was finished with my transaction) did she ask me for my extra savings card which I refused to give because the transaction is finish now. This is not the first time I have experience this kind of abuse from Shoprite Welkom. Another incident was when the lady threw our 5kg chicken behind her, put the plastic on top of the chicken and said we should put it in the bag and continue to help the next client. When we complaint they were laughing at us. Gossiped about us. I feel insulted, I feel humiliated, and I am extremely disgusted and sad at the experiences from Shoprite. The first incident I reported to the cashier manager she never came back to us, now we are being abused again. Are we treated this way because we respond back in English, because your rude, and entitled cashiers does not want to meet us half way. Should we be scared of entering your doors, because we are scared of receiving this kind of treatment? I almost got a heart attack because I was so so mad at the treatment and I felt abused and humiliated. Your cashiers seems to think their rudeness is a complete joke.
