Shoprite Voucher *****

After tying without luck on Facebook and LinkenIn to get someone to contact, I have resort to HelloPeter! Being a loyal customer for many years, the last few months have made me reconsider. Viva Foundation have been using Shoprite Vouchers to feed many struggling people during the pandemic. However frustration, and possibly ********** service from purchasing Vouchers, is making them reconsider. As many as 15 have not received the vouchers at all, others have received message saying voucher retrieved, seconds after they have sent which is impossible . Numerous communications to both Computicket and Shoprite leads one now where. We have managed to recover ONE of the many lost vouchers. I know for one, the voucher number was accidentally deleted, all necessary reference numbers and cell phone numbers were provided for their recovery with absolutely no solution from your staff, and a household left stranded, we got the distinct impression it had been used. A story that is repeated, all too often, through this debacle. As a corporation that leads in community welfare programs please seriously look into this, many are going hungry as a result.
