Shoprite Vanderwalt poor service

I went to @shoprite vanderwalt today, I want to pay using post bank card however it kept declining and I forgot my bank card at home so I asked Violet to be specific to assist by withdrawing with C number.She said she can’t assist me with that cause her system doesn’t allow her to withdraw with that method instead of her asking 1 of her colleagues to assist as they normally do when they do have money they ask someone who can assist to assist instead she said that there’s nothing she can and( ke bone plan )made a plan. Make a plan how ? I mean I can’t go counter to counter asking for the cashiers to assist. A friendly lady I think she also works there but she was not in her uniform she was just assisting her by packing our groceries in to plastics, she asked me chomi how much do you want and I said 200 or 300 she asked another lady called Bridgette to assist and she didn’t with a pure heart. I thank her 4 a good customer service she provided.Violet was laughing at me after I was taken to Bridgette what is that is this how a customer should be treated? Being laughed when we are supposed to be assisted?
