Shoprite Value Market -Opposite Southgate Mall - Horrible Service

The most horrible service i have ever experienced in a very long time. Shoprite at the value market shopping center is really concerning when it comes to customer service. I arrived (estimated time 14:00) and enquired about the vegetable special from one of the ladies working there, and she called a gentleman by the name of Luthando to assist me, then they start having a conversation amongst themselves, totally disregarding my presences. I spoke my mind and told them they are rude to disregard me like that and i pushed my trolley and left. I get to the till and pay, after Zanele (the cashier) scans my items, she was being rushed to even finish so that they can cash up or exchange with someone else. The supervisor was just standing there doing nothing and talking no one packing my groceries while 4 cashiers including the supervisor doing nothing at all. I packed my own groceries, a lady by the name of Ridah, mentioned that it looks like she is going to stand there the whole day very sarcastically, so I presumed it is because I am too slow, of course i will be cos i am not a packer. I even forgot my bank pin code due to how horrible these ladies were. I punched it in twice, and both occasions I got wrong due to frustration. I am so disappointed, and I wonder how many customers they are doing this to.

Please help in resolving this matter and I need feedback on how these people were dealt with.
