Shoprite Valhalla refused to return c****at covers and they refuse to sell a cellphone at advertised price.

My wife bought seat covers for my car at Shoprite Valhalla in Centurion. I didn't like it and wanted to return it, I spoke to the manager who said I can't return it because it was bought 5 days ago , I explained to them that I hadn't had time to bring it earlier, then they said I can't return it because I opened the box . I explained to them that I opened the box to see exactly how it looks and that the boxes aren't sealed and the covers was just packed randomly in the box. I went with them to the rack where the other boxes was displayed and show them that the other boxes was also not sealed and that the seat covers was just packed in the boxes without any plastic bags or anything else but the box. They still refused to return it because they kept on saying that I opened the box , the box or the interior was not damaged in any way and since the boxes aren't sealed it is possible that anyone can open them and just close them again. While I was trying to convince them to return the covers I noticed very cheap cellphones on a table close by. I showed them a cheap cellphone that I was prepared to exept (they didn't have to return my money , I was prepared to exchange the seat covers for something else) but then they suddenly said that was not the phones price and that that phone was actually a lot more expensive and they refuse to sell me that phone at that price even if I want to pay cash for it. I told the manager that I think they are unreasonable and that I was going to take it further. He said I was welcome and he turned his back on me and left. I was very upset and decided to report this to Hellopeter.
