Shoprite Usave Mount Fletcher the worst

My uncle purchased a electric frypan at the Mount Fletcher Branch on 9 January 2020 and it was written in the box 1year garantee. Yesterday he took the frypan back because it does'nt want to work at all. The Manager was very rude and don't want to replace the item but it's still under garantee. He still has the slip and box but they just said no.
