Shoprite Usave = A pack of *******.

27th if April 2018.

This undoubtedly has to be the worst day of my life. I went to Supported Usave's Money Market at Evaton West, Corner Golden Highway & King Road. To withdraw money with my sibling Sbongile and aunt. Upon our arrival we spoke to the cashier and asked to withdraw an amount of R10 000 that was sent through to us by our uncle. The cashier then requested to call the manager as they did not have an amount of R10 000 on hand. The manager goes by the name Seuun. He did not help at all.

We went home and tried to withdraw again today to which the cashier at Orange Farm Station (Eyethu Mall) and the R10 000 was all of a sudden withdrawn. No information was rendered to us with regards to when or where it was withdrawn from the 27th of April when we first caught counsel til today when the manager Daniel from Eyethu. MALL finally confirmed it. The attitude to which we were even told this was so repulsive as well. Who do we trust when managers and their staff can easily ***** from us costumers? We want our money back! And quite frankly we will not be buying from shoprite till this is resolved if it ever will. Please help.
