SHOPRITE USAVE

I bough a two plate Essentials stove at Shoprite USAVE in Korsten (Port Elizabeth). My husband took the stove back because it is not working, he was told the stove is too dirty. The manager was there also. I bought the stove in 2017/08/04 and I was using it...there is no clause on the slip that stipulate that the stove must be squeaky clean.
