Shoprite tshwane regional mall accused me of *****ing

Greetings on the 8th of October I went to shoprite at tshwane regional mall to buy some stuff that I needed. I went in the store and took 2 Portia M marula oil, 2 bottles of valpre still water, lemon cream biscuit and twinsaver toilet rolls. So my story goes like this I didn't take the basket as I wsd not going to buy lot of things, I had my wallet and cellphone on my hands and also the stuff that I needed and I also took twinsaver they are eight in the plastic then I put them under my armpit. I went to the till to pay, ND those toilet rolls they where under my left armpit of which the cashier is facing okay I gave the cashier two hundred rand and she gave me change, everything was fine until I reached the door them gave the security guard the slip of which he noticed that I didn't pay for the toilet rolls and he asked me if I have paid for them I told him I really don't know let's ask the cashier. When we went back to the cashier she asked if I have given her the toilet rolls sho I also didn't remember okay the security guard ask some people to look at the CCTV footage that showed that I didn't pay the toilet rolls, so me being polite I told the cashier am sorry I must have forgot kept 50 rand to pay for them, the security guard said no u have to follow me to the manager you where *****ing was like okay me *****ing, I went with him at the back of the shop where I was treated like a ***** and instructed some lady who is also a security guard to cuff me, I refuse because am not a ***** I cried because I felt I was humiliated, the shoprite manager I didn't see his name but he is a man they say its a manager, he was so rude he said sister am not going to stand here and look at you crying as I tried to explain to him how can I ***** something this big and cheap and I had 3800rand in my wallet I even showed him, his respond people ***** even if they have money wow a whole manager.

Am seven months pregnant, I have been humiliated for 34rand toilet roll. Even if you can watch the CCTV footage I forgot paying not *****ing. How can I ***** something that is so big and cheap, where else I have paid for the marula oil that one cost 77 rand. The 34 rand tissue made me spend more money Caz I went to the doctor the very same day, my tummy was so painful, my heart rate was beating fast my blood pressure was high and I have asked the doctor for medical record incase something happened to me. I have never slept well seens am only writing about this thing today and my doctor said I must see a psychological for counseling and which I have booked for more money but am keeping all the records. I which God deal with them swiftly, I dnt know what was going to happen to me am still wondering it felt like a dream but one day I will be fine. The security guard only thought of the money that he was going to get for cashing a ***** forgetting about customer service. 😭😭😭😭😭
