Shoprite Trolley Found. Two managers decide not to collect.

On 4 May at about 18:00 I found a Shoprite trolley in the street. Thinking that I am doing the right thing I moved it onto my property to safeguard it for the owners. On 5 May I called Shoprite East Lynne multiple times between 08:00 and 12:00 informing them of their trolley. I spoke to a lady called Yvonne. They indicated that they will collect it but nobody did. At 16:44 I called Shoprite/Checkers Waverley and spoke to a manager called Herman. He confirmed the value of the trolley is about R2 500. But also did not attempt to fetch it. He actually said it would be best to place it back on the pavement.
