Shoprite _ Treatment in Townships

I would like to raise a complaint about Shoprite Vosloorus Goldspot.

At about 15:50 [02.05.2022] I was at the above mentioned store. We as customers were treated rudely by a guy named Sam (if this was the correct name I was given). We were standing In a queue to pay, and a lady that who was going to be a reliever on another till, asked if customers have stared another queue. The so called Sam the insisted that we go and join another queue, we as customers told them that we have been on this queue for the longest time, and you Sam have been waiting there and said nothing now that the lady is a you are acting as if you are working. In response he said "angithi ngiyanithsela" which is to say (I am telling you! Do what I am telling you!)

It is sad that consumers in townships are treated as if they are there to collect food parcels.

Go to Checkers in suburbs, you will never find such treatment.

Also shoprite has lost me as customers if this is how shoprite train their employees to treat customers.

With wealth of experience in Customer services, I can't begin to express my disgust in this kind of treatment offered to customers, especially in a township.
