SHOPRITE TREAT YOUR 'POOR' WHO SPEND BILLIONS IN YOUR COMPANY BETTER!!!!

On Monday, 29th July 2024 I visited the Hillbrow Shoprite at corners of Pretoria and Edith Cavel Streets. I have been at this particular shop multiple times before and I have always received a great service. The store has just been renovated and it is now bigger with more product and more traffic. On this this particular day I bought small groceries which included dozens eggs. At the till as I was paying, I suddenly realised that one egg was broken. I alert the nice gentleman at the till and he alerted a lady that I have not seen before, I would later found out that she is a trainee manager by the name of Connie. This lady approached, ****ed and annoyed and simple said I must go back and get the eggs myself. She walked away, still annoyed at me and I assume everyone at the shop because cleary customers spending money at her job irritates her. She walked away, I approached the maganger by the name of Sandile, a nice guy but this lady simple ignored him and myself. I was walked away from this experience humiliated and embarrassed. I also wondered why is the assumed "poor" treated like animals at these places, the core of their business is to serve people like me and we are treated like second class citizens when we spend money at these shops. They could do better and they should do better. The store is always busy, meaning money is made from the "poor" people who live in the inner city of Johannesburg.
