Shoprite Trainee Manager refuses to sell products that are on sale for the special price

<p>I wanted to buy a Cadbury Crunchie in Shoprite Wepener today at approximately 09:45. The Special leaflet indicates four different chocolates but not a crunchie, but the description at the bottom of the picture clearly says: Cadbury Chocolate bars assorted. The Trainee Manager was called when I said I should not pay R8.99 as indicated on the till but R5.99 as showed on the special leaflet. Me Paballo Moahleli refused to sell me the chocolate as it is not shown in the picture on the leaflet but the description at the bottom of the picture clearly says "Cadbury Chocolate bars assorted". When you visit the specific Shoprite you always have to check prices on the shelf and compare it to the price on the till as it is never the same. The staff are very rude and had wasted a lot of my time today by making me wait so that they can change prices that are not the same as on the shelfs and I was very rudely treated by The Trainee Manager, Me Paballo Moahleli.</p>
