ShopRite Town Centre

Today I had the worst experience ever at ShopRite Town Centre... firstly why change cashier's in the middle of a long line of customers waiting. Then they encounter a problem with the POS and leave us standing not addressing us after we've stood in a long line to get to the front. Then a lady apparently the controller comes asks the cashier what the problem is 3 times cashier does not respond me the customer responds gets ignored pulls her face and mutters under her breath. Me coming from customer service tells the controller that she should acknowledge the customer she still ignores me. I stood in n long line to get to the front to only stand for another half and hour not being told anything....the worst experience ever
