Shoprite took my R3000

I am so disappointed by the service I have received at Shoprite Zwelethemba in Worcester. lost a whole R3000 from Shoprite Money market, I misplaced my slip and went back to them as I never took a picture of the slip. I was then advised to do an affidavit which was done and brought my ID and everything was completed. This has been an on going investigation since January. The manager is not giving me any time of the day, it is sad that I have lost a whole R3000 and no one cares about this. This is actually my last resort.
