Shoprite Thabazimbi has RATS

Yesterday I went to shoprite thabazimbi with my wife while waiting in the queue, a rat passed over my wives foot. I could not believe that and the worst part she was frantic and traumatized because of this experience. Now i want to ask, who is responsible for making sure that these stores are clean. I consulted the cashiers and they said no there are alot of rats here... and the manager just apologised. But clearly nothing would be done. Let us bycot shoprite SA they are just as worse as the so called "foreigners" who have no regard for the health of their clients. Department of environmental health please attend to these issues, what are our inspectors being paid for?
