Shoprite Terrible Service

On the 23RD of December I was in Shoprite in Milnerton, I purchased groceries and R800 electricality. The lady at the till did not confirm the address and instead of using the number written on the paper given to her, she used number on the slip, which is my previous residence. After taking my slip back into the store on the 29Th I was explaining my situation to the manager Mrs Michelle Kotze, who actually proceeded to start swearing at me in front of other consumers, and when I stated that I would never shop at this store ever again, the manager told me that is fine Sir, you really dont have to shop her, well I have been shoping at that store for 30 years. Then the manager Michelle stating that this was my fault , and instead of sorting out my situation I was told to give my till slip to the lady at the counter, and that she would call them and have it swopped to electricity and this would be put automatically into my electricity box. Its now been 72 hours, no electricity , nothings been sorted, no one has spoken with me in 3 days and im R800 out of pocket and worried.
