Shoprite Sunnyside stinks

Don't we have health inspections on our supermarkets?cause if we still do then there is something wrong if thus people are still selling rotten food , this is the second time this month I've bought rotten food from shoprite in sunnyside Pretoria, not sure what is the reason behind them selling spoiled food , I mean I really don't understand, and unfortunately this time around I wasted my time Colin the damn food and only to find that it's not in the eating condition
