Shoprite sunnyside room for improvement

I believe there is room for improvement, had to return hair cutting machine because it wasn't working and i must say the process was done with so much efficiency, and thank you to the ladies who helped us with the process What we can improve on is some of the cashiers and the packers are so angry, they don't know what customer service is and if possible can we get packers? Ohh Lord can we get packers at shoprite sunnyside, imagine buying trilly filled groceries and I have to pack them myself not only does it waste other people on the queue time but it's exhausting to me , it's not not job to pack my own groceries
