Shoprite Sunnyside

I went to Shoprite in Sunnyside Pretoria,upon getting there and doing my shopping I noticed that the was no price on one of the items I wanted to purchase,a packet of spaghetti and based on the customer rights I knew I can take it and not pay for it as there was no price,so I took one,I got to the till to pay and I notified the cashier named Refilwe Ledwaba of that right and she started to argue and I told her to call her manager Mngomezulu who was totally unaware of that right although she's the manager and instead of fixing the merchandising error she went and came with the security guard and they stood by the till side threatening to have me arrested,I told him about a couple of other consumer rights and one could tell that she was totally clueless.Very disappointing indeed ,no communication s**** and no proper managerial s****..Shame on you and your manager Shoprite Sunnyside.There are unemployed intelligent people who can do the job better
