I am writing this email to ask for assistance from you. I bought a 3 bar Quartz heater on the 17th May 2023 at Shoprite Stutterheim. This morning the heater tripped electricity and it stopped working. I took it back to Shoprite Stutterheim and the manager told me that it's my fault the heater is damaged. Therefore they won't take it back. This is a complete ******* the heater was R299.
