Shoprite stole my srd grant

I'm been struggling to get a reset pin since last week already and they are keeping telling me that they can't assist me without an I'd after explaining them several times that I lost my personal documents in a fire that destroyed over 136sheds in Hillview Hights, Lavender Hill, Steenberg on Christmas Eve so they told me they will help me I am request one on they app and after sending several emails to them they still don't want to assist me in resetting my pin I'm reporting this matter to the ombudsman and I already lost my home because of them that doesn't want to release my srd grant payments now I must live like a begger on the streets and beg people for money to pay for a shelter ever night this is unexceptionable and disgusting cause I do get money. from sassa so why do I have to live on the streets
