Shoprite Stole my money and gave me attitude

On Friday, I went to Shoprite to withdraw money at their till points. I requested R100, and received a message showing that money was out, however, i was told that i am not going to get my money as the transaction has been cancelled on their side citing that the machine is offline and I must bring a statement with me tomorrow (Saturday). On Saturday, i went there with my statement and i was referred to a lady by the name of Mpho Hlungwani who gave me nothing but attitude, she even told me that i am not the only person to have been affected by this and i should not make noise about it. she said the matter will be escalated and i must just wait for them to resolve it and failed to give me a turn around time and also failed to give me a reference number stating that i should use her name as ref if i want to. Today is monday, 3 days after the incident and i still don't have my money. What am i supposed to do to get my money back?
