Shoprite, still a lo g way to go

This is a shop where there really is no order or customer friendliness. I went shopping with my daughter and the music playing over the intercom was just about swearing and disrespecting woman. I went to the manager to ask them how it is possible for them to play such vulgar music? Their answer, "Oh someone must have put their memory stick in". My answer" if you heard it was so distasteful why did you not remove it before I asked you to? Nobody cares
