shoprite *****s as well!!!

i went to shoprite yesterday and bought a few items, i can certainly confirm that i paid with a R200 note then the items made a total of R99. Th cashier gave me R5 change, i only noticed that she had made a mistake when i got to the car. i went back to the store and i told her, she was told to go count and i was told she was not over. i asked for the recording and the manager was reluctant and kept on telling me why he could not do it immediately. he promised that since they close at 8 he will call me back. Until now i am waiting and i will say shoprite and their cashier stole my money. someone tell me why did they not get back to me? what are they hiding???
