Shoprite *****ing my money

I have paid money over to my wife on 30/01/2018 at 3:41pm via money market. My wife then told me that she haven't received the money. When I went to Shoprite in Kwa-Thema square they said they cant refund me I need to open a case at the police station.

The money was withdrawn at the same Shoprite that I have paid in the money - and I have send the money to Limpopo Shoprite.

I then opened the case but had heard nothing from Shoprite (case number: 84/2/2018) Capt. ML Manzini - **********

Please can this be taken up as I need my money back urgently. Shoprite number: **********
