Shoprite stamps savings payout not paid

My name is Gladys Tefu. I am Shoprite stamp savings agent.

On the 15th of November 2024, which was the due date of submitting my book with all the receipts of stamps that I have purchased. The receipts were amounting to R40 000 plus. And I was supposed to get R1800 plus.

On the 24 of December 2024 at 11:10am, I received a call from this number *** stating that my account number on the statement was incorrect, so I was asked to call in and give in the correct account number which I did around 11:48am. I have attached proof that I did call in and submit the information via telephone. The number that I called is ***. I went today to check why the money was not deposited; I was told that the information was not submitted.

So, I need to know why my information was not submitted. As I did call in. i have worked hard and it's not fair for not getting what is due to me as whoever took my details did not submit them, that why I was not paid.
