Shoprite stamps agent being ******

My mom (agent 72) has been an agent for more than 2 years. Today when she went to shoprite to enquire why she hasn't received her commission for last year she was told that they can't find any information about her sold stamps from November to July because of the looting there's nothing on the system and on record. They said she won't be paid for her hard work. It only shows R28000 worth of stamps sold from August to December and the previous months is not reflecting. This is draining as she's been waiting for her payment since January this year.
