Shoprite Staff with Attitude

I arrived at the store at 6.30PM on the 22.6.2021, there was a lady whom just moped the isle. Ankthee lady at the bakery then told me not to walk in the isle, I asked her how am I supposed to get the items I'm looking for especially if they wont be closing for the next 90 minutes as they close at 8PM. She just looked at me.

This is not the first Im told I cant walk through an isle to buy what I want to get 2 hours before closing time.

Dear Manager, please can you please speak to your staff members to please doing such to paying customers. The staff members are there to assist us as customers.
