Shoprite staff in Phillipi Center needs to trained on how to handle customer s

Shoprite in Phillipi Center in Cpt is the worst Shoprite store by far that I've ever went to. The staff is untrained and the management is very rude when you ask them for help or when enquiring about something they not aware of. It's sad to see our own black people giving bad service to their own people. Today I was very offended when the management of the store told me to leave the store when I was asking them questions about the fact that they can't assist me with what I came for. Now I have to go to Shoprite in town to do what I could have just done at the Shoprite store in my own neighborhood. That Shoprite store sucks and should be closed down.
