Shoprite Staff and management Complain regarding MrTinyiko Nkuna.

To whom it may concern:

I hope this email finds you well. I have a complaint concerning the HR named Tinyiko Nkuna. He seems to have lost the company values that makes Shoprite, its a great company in this competitive market world. He is consumed by power that he does as he pleases when it comes to employees l have lost dedicated hard working employees at Soweto West region because of Mr Nkuna with his favorite team composed of Ntombi Nkosi and Stephen Bogatsu, if an employee is not their favorite they will make sure that either that employee is fired or resign. I pray that you do your own investigation especially with the staff that has been transferred or resigned. If not fired you will realize how Mr Nkuna and his crew is tarnishing the beautiful image of the company. Furthermore, he is replacing staff with his relatives and friends thus ******** l can literally quote an example even his wife is under the company.Truly speaking it was very very nice to this region the time Mr Shabangu was with us no one was fired and no one suffered like this.When it comes to employees who go on maternity He literally frustrates them by delaying to process their paperwork and they end up not getting their stipend on time. These people come to me to complain about being victims of his hatred.As a manager l can not just sit back and relax while my company is being ruined by certain individuals. I had to stop one of the employees who wanted to put his grievances on social media when he was unfairly dismissed by Mr Nkuna. I hope this matter that l have brought to your attention will be investigated and addressed immediately as this has caused a lot of damage to innocent employees who are trying to genuinely feed their families and help the company reach its goals. For fear of being victimized, My name will not be mentioned because l am scared Mr Nkuna and his crew will make sure that l get fired. Thank you in advance. Let's make Shoprite be the best company.
