Shoprite Southdale needs to improve.

The most appalling service at Shoprite Southdale. On the 25th of December all they had very long queues wich is understandable. We came back the next day to buy the fairy lights. One of the staff helped us look then realized they had been packed away. On asking one of his colleagues to retrieve a pack she said it would take too long 30min. Another manager told us that they were out of stock obviously because they didn’t want to go into the store. We left the store after being told that Christmas is finished so they won’t sell us any fairy lights. They thing is they completely lost me as a customer, I would rather go to Pick n Pay just upstairs to get better service and a lot less attitude
