Shoprite Sophiatown

Good day,

On Saturday I bought a cell phone for my grandson at Shoprite Sophiatown to my surprise the phones microphone did not work and the earphones, today I send my daughter and grandson to go and get it fixed or exchange one of the store managers ( Tebogo) and a sales person ( Katlego) was so rude and refused to assist them telling them to go they will not expect our claim and stated the the phones date say it was bought last year ( 2024) that was according to the software. When I try to speak to them they refused as well, so this leads me to come to the conclusion that Shoprite is selling to the public outdated cell phones and what else is also being sold the is outdated os expired that they selling to the public.
